We are of 3 land owners (R,B,A) having a joint land of 12 acres. In 2008 A sold 110 cents for her daughter's marriage and education , In 2016 R sold 35 cents for his daughter's marriage, B didn't sell anything. In 2017 govt taken a land of around 5.7 acres and the land owners are left with 484 cents that too in 3 different parts (AA, BB, CC).
AA land - 24 cents (very high in cost), BB land - 164 cents (medium cost), CC land - 300 cents ( medium cost)
So, I request you all to provide us a solution to divide the property legally in a way all three land owners will be benefitted.
