I live in UK. In divorce case, wife has made allegations of violence at UK which she said were witnessed by friend and his wife. However, nothing like this happened and I want friend and wife to depose via video conference or skype. However, they have opposed this saying that skype is only possible in extreme circumstances and wife and friend should come before court physically. That they cannot come from UK.
How to enable their witness though skype?
