Shree has given a right path to incorporate a charitable trust. but the simple way to incorporate a charitable trust is to make a trust deed and it doesnt need to be registered but in case you wish to have donation from overseas and other benefits, then it must be registered.

just make a deed having one or more settlor and make provisions of carrying on the charitable purpose with a managing committee, your rules adn other related things.
