How to get divorce from wife

Page no : 2

Anand   15 July 2015

Agreed SuperHero - that's why I had suggested he takes the precaution of seeking to become child's primary carer as well as a court order preventing wife from fleeing with child just in case. At the same time, he needs to build up proofs regarding desertion and cruelty from wife for divorce case. He can't possibly not go to India as his parents and child are there.

By the sounds of it also, if she's in NZ on temporary work visa she seems like she wants PR from there. Mr. Hidden, it may help us help you more if you told us your and your wife's intentions and future plans. Do you both plan to become NZ permanent residents or already are?

Hi All of You,

Thanks for reply. and sorry for late reply...

I had new situation happen..

My exwife, she is india now, arrived in india on tuesday evening on 21st July .. and streight from Airport, she go to my parent's home. and staying their.. I contact her parents but they didnt go to my parent's home. and they run away somewhere else, because one of their relative is good friend of my uncle.. so they went to see my ex.wife's parents at home.. no one is their.

Now she threaten my family that.. anything happen to her. then she will go to police and complain about my parents..

my parents did nothing.. My parents ask her, why she come here ?

what is want ?, if you come here for your daughter then you can take her with you...

but she didnt say anything.. and also her parents doesn't come to solve it...

May be she come for few days only..

Now anything I can do.. or my parents can do..

Mr.Hidden ... Please be cool.

Your wife is trying to get on the nerves and provoke you and your parents.

I have a suggestion.

Please tell your parents to invite some of your relatives and have them stay with your parents.

Inform all your neighbours about the incident and let them also keep a watch.

Your parents and relatives should treat her ver very normally and keep talking to her.

If possible try to record all conversations with her.

Then just keep calm and watch her motives.

She cannot hold on for a long time and her real intentions will be out soon.

Then take a move.

Fix CCTV's so that everything will be recorded.
