After divorce you are only eligible to apply for maintenance and "right to residence" and nothing more. You should have raised the other issues during divorce proceedings. You could try to go back to the Family Court and file a miscellaneous application/petition giving some reasons as to why it was not raised earlier. Perhaps you can say that he had promised to return the monies after divorce and is now going back on his promise. Then see how the Judge rules and be ready to appeal. As a man I would argue that it should have been filed in the divorce proceeding and such assurances should have been secured in writing in the divorce judgment. As it was not, it is deemed waived. However, nobody can give you precise answer without going through the details of what was argued and ruled upon in the divorce decree.
