Mr. Sandeep,
Where a Sale deed in respect of an immovable property worth more than Rs.100/- is not registered, the ownership of the property does not pass from the seller to the buyer and the transaction will be wholly ineffective.

Thank you Rama Sir.. However there is an option for Tri Party Agreement to execute the deal without any problem.

Dear,
1. Is the period of sale agreement over or still remain?
2. Who completed the flat, whose expence, owner of landed property,in whose name the building permit allotted
3.If the society is not registered how you paid money with unusual dare?
4.Move for a civil litigation and get a court order, you may get an ex-partie verdict. because there will not be a defentant.
5. Join and share with the opinion of Mr.Ramachary.
