Would you kindly inform which religion you belong to? For each religion, personal law is different and divorce is governed by that particular personal law.

dear sir, i donot think it is a proper ground for divorce, time and again higher courts had held that, these kinds of situtation generally are blown out of propotion and lead to family fued and ends up in divorce, these things has to be sorted out and divorce should he the last resort.

If both the husband and wife are interested to take divorce, they can take it by mutual consent on the ground of difference of temparaments.

i still advice to go for proper mediation on this and divorce should be the last resort, incase of extra ordinary circumstances, please refer MRS.Saraswathy Palaniappan
v/s vinodkumar,CMA 210/2012 OF MADURAI BENCH OF MADRAS HIGH COURT, the court had clearly said that normal wear and tear of famly problems should not lead to divorce.
