My father is a retired government employee. My brother had married in the year 2000. Within 6 months of the marriage my brothers wife had divorsed him. My brother is now 44 years old. After the divorse he did not remarry. I had a sister who was killed at her in-laws 20 years ago. I am working for a Private Company. I am 41 years old. I am unmarried. Can I file a suit for partition of the HUF?
