Husband not attending court dates in family court

Husband filed sec 9(13) against exparty RCR decree in my favour.After that he has not attended a single date for 15 months.I have submitted my objection.He is absent for continuous 8 dates.No adjournment application has been moved by him on any of the date yet court simply gives another date. Please let me know what is the law if a person dosent attend court dates after filing a court case with sole intention to harass opposite party.
