Original tenant I D Chadha who expired long back. His wife Rampyari too has expired.
His son Harish Chadha and his wife Bharti Chadha and son Varun Chadha stays here.
For over 25 years they hv not been paying rent.
Varun has taken one second hand car Santro.
I hv RTI reply that car is in the name of Varun.

There was another tenant on first floor room no. 2 Late Nandkishore Purohit.
His family was not staying here. We had filed a case of non user . During interim period one daughter Mahima Purohit started living here for doing MBA in Mumbai, then job and now seems to b jobless. We won the eviction case in trial court. They hv gone in appeal in 2009 and matter is dragged on there.
The Santro car of Varun is only and only used by this girl. We can click photos of Mahima regularly driving this car. She is so careless that every time she uses gate leaves it wide open.
Varun and Mahima both are not tenant but grand children of demised tenant but even those tenant had no parking rights.
