In case of the death of the spouse, who will get all the benefits of the other like her gratuity and house and everything that the other person holds?
If the wife dies will her husband get everything? Even if she has not nominated him for any of the benefits. Will he get all the property like the house and jewels her parents gave to him as dowry? Will he be the sole owner and sale them or will it go their child. I want to know if the child will get the property or the husband and weather he can dispose if of at his will or as to save it for the child.
