INDIAN AIRFORCE now cutting the fundamental rights of a Indian National

Sir,
We all love defence forces , for them we are safe here but I want to ask you something. Indian Airforce is now cutting the fundamental rights of Indian Airforce personnel, that one can not pursue his higher education without scoring skill level "A" In the Airforce promotion examination. By the way they are also inducing new AFO and AFI which has been become the headache of Airmen of Indian Airforce. similarly in the case of leave of service personnel they are not giving the leave to the beneficiary according to his requirement and one Airmen can Avail 60days annual leave and 30days casual leave but they don't give leave more that 65 days.

After pursuing 07 years service if a service personnel will succufully clear the Class -A service he can quit the Airforce but now they don't allow the personal to go out and what should we do for our fundamental rights, plz help us . Thank you

If you are an employee, you are bound to obey the laid down norms strictly. If you want your fundamental rights, go to Court of law against your employer and establish to your satisfaction of your such rights against employer.

The remedy lies in Law. You can approach Armed Forces Tribunal.
