Information regarding Technical resignation

Dear, I am central government employee working at Kolkata RMS. Now i am going to join Indian Railways for the post of CA. I already take prior permission from my present employer and also take NOC to join Indian Railway, qualified to get Technical Resignation from my dept. My question is if i join Indian Railway after Ist Jan 2018 then am i eligible to get next increment on 01/07/2018 or not. Kindly guide me regarding this matter. Thanks in advance.
