Is the exe dir conducting business directly/indirectly

My query is as follows -

A person is an executive director in a small PVT LTD CO dealing in real estate . Not much info is available to me except that he is not a shareholder. Most probably he gets a SALARY . The co has two other shareholders. also directors of the company.

Is he " doing business directly or indirectly " in LEGAL TERMS

Is he conducting business as a " PRINCIPAL or AGENT "

Disqualification – of persons to act as a director

A Court has declared that person delinquent
A juristic person
Un-emancipated minor
Un-rehabilitated insolvent
Prohibited by Public regulation
Removed from office of Trust, due to dishonesty
Convicted of a crime of dishonesty (theft, fraud etc), without option of a fine
Does not meet qualifications as set out in the Memorandum of Incorporation of the company
