please advice if someone has two shops one is vacant and the other one is under tenancy(adjacent to vacant one) since 25 years, can we file a petition for that tenant to eject that shop. is that under bonafide requirement in haryana.

AVAILABILITY OF EXISTING ACCOMODATION DO NOT NULLIFY BONAFIDE NEED,AS WITH TWO SHOPS COMMENCEMENT OF BUSINESS WITH BETTER FOOTINGS POSSIBLE. LANDLORD HAS RIGHT TO DECIDE WHETHER TO START BUSINESS IN ONE SHOP OR MORE SHOPS,SAY TWO SHOPS.
