Jail till last breath..??

I have prosecuted a double murder case in which accused murdered his father and step mother. The court pronounced him a life term sentence as " The accused will remain in the jail till his last breath."

Is it lawfull in the eye if law??

Why do you think that such pronouncement is not lawful in eyes of law?

yes it is right.  funishment till death.

While this may be lawful (or not) it seems quite barbarous and quite contrary to principles of modern justice which sets itself the objective of rehabilitating the criminal and not an "eye for eye" attitude. As with a majority of judges in this country, this judge has allowed his personal feelings to cloud his legal perspective.
