Judicial seperation

Hello Experts,

Can i file Judicial Seperation from my 498a wife?

She filed plenty of cases on me its not even 6 months of marriage.

Only reason she doesnt like me , now i know. Her only intention is extort money from me .

She is trying to cohabit relation after filing multiple false allegations , i am afraid she will do for more cases.

Thanks

Yes if strong ground is there you can file

She filed 498a 406 dp 3 and 4 , all these allegations are false. If i let her stay or entertain her to cohabit relation with me. She can put more allegations on me.

Isnt that a strong ground for me to file judicial seperation until those allegations are determined whether true or false.

Why Judicial Seperation and not Divorce.

The grounds are same for both the petitions and the time taken in deciding both is also the same.

Can i file for divorce within 1 year?

Because in Judicial Seperation,  i can say that until the verdict comes on false allegation she made on in cases if i cohabit the relationship with her she might put more allegations on me. As she is trying to be sweet after imposing these cases.

If there are enough grounds, then you can file within 1 year also using Sec 14 of HMA.
