Sir,
I am letting my flat in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai on rent. I want to know the legal implications on the following:
1) Leave and License Agreement for 22 months/ 2 years instead of 11 months.
2) The L& L Agreement is not Registered instead it is notarised and Police verification of the tenant is obtained.
3) In case of pt 2), what should be the value of stamp paper of Agreement.
