My friend is working in Army Public School (private Institute run by AWES society) he was on contractual basis for 3 years and renew again for 3 years. In such a way he has completed 9 years in that school .
But after such a long term principal said to him renewed contract is ending on 23 July 2019 so see job here and there. And education officer that whenever we want we will hire & whenever we want we can fire.
Kindly let me know legal remedy against it. And one order against society was also passed by Honb'le supreme Court.
