Legal Document

If i have to give up my rights as successor to my father & ancestor’s property & other successions, what short of documentation will be required? Whether my equity in succession can be claim by any of my brothers or sisters?   Same way i’m not willing to give up my responsibilities towards my father. Can my brothers & sisters make a claim in the property owned by me? Required suggestions.

You can execute a Deed of Relinquishment in favour of your father on stamp papers of proper amount  and get the deed registered with the Registrar.
