We are planning to act as Referral Agent for Barclays Bank
PLC, Now if we introduce client to



Barclays and if the client does not pay the loan amount and
goes in legal dispute, Referral Agent will be liable for all expenses connected
with such a dispute as well as Original loan amount, is this a risky tie up.

Yes, this means U legally become guarantor to all accounts referred by you! Avoid such clauses in agreements.
