Licenses/ registration for pathology lab

Dear Experts,

Can anyone guide me what are the basic licenses or registration required for pathology lab (Research Lab).

I am planning to open pathology lab where team of B.Sc. In Microbiology & M.sc in Biotechnology will research on Potato.

I need Basic help from you Experts.

The forum is dedicated only for guiding on matters related to law. If you wish to seek such information, either you an contact your District Medical Officer personally or seek information through application under RTI from him or from Indian Medical Council or from any Medical College Contact any Pathological lab or Govt.Hospital near your place. Opening your own lab for your research purpose is different from offering public services. Hope you give correct clarification to authorities.

Thanking you for reply Sir, I have already seek help to MCI but I need only basic list of licenses /registration required for pathology lab so that atleast after getting an idea I can approach the authorities. Thanking you for your valuable inputs.
