sir
a long time has passed inconsumer courts for causing insult to consumer by a banker.
can a criminal case can be passed against such banker,though a 6 yrs span has been passed in consumer fora .would criminal court allow condonation for such delay though it was passed in consumer courts.

the ncdrc has recently dismissed the petition -would not it sufficient for delay.
