What is the limitation period to challenge a partition deed?For an example a FATHER and a SON goes for partition deed.And after some years does FATHER or SON can challenge the partition deed.

If you are unsatisfied with the partiton you can challenge it immediately, if it is regd., If it is unregd., then no problem. If you want to challenge it after lapse so many years, you will not get success.
