Today i got the copy of order given by MM court. I am not satisfied by the court order as they have not make the party to major accused. What is the limitation to file revision in Session Court.

Today i got the copy of order given by MM court. I am not satisfied by the court order as they have not make the party to major accused. What is the limitation to file revision in Session Court.

General limitation period for revision is 90 days. For appeals general limitation period is 30 to 90 days depending upon sentence & class of corut.

A revision against the order of the lower court can be filed within 90 days from the date of receipt of order copy.
