But, don't get married to her before dissolving your marriage with your wife by a decree of divorce through a court of law

First take divorce from your wife by court decree and then you may go in for live in relationship.
Moreover, you have to take care of your child also. Don't take any step in hurry as it will spoil the life of your child.
