Hi Please help me in resolving my query.
My mom and dad has built a house. They both were govt employees. They have 3 childrens namely
Mahesh, Akanksha,Pradeep. My self is pradeep, the youngest son. My dad died in 1987 ( I was 9 year old).
Age Difference between me and my elder brother (1st child) is 16 yrs.
Age difference between me and my sister (2nd child) is 2 years.
Both brother and sister are married.
I am unmarried.
In 2009 year my mom died.
Now I came to know from my brother that we lost share certificate and society issued Duplicate copy of Share certificate last year. Meanwhile i transfer lightbill, telephone bill, gas bill in the name (since my mother expired) of my elder brother Mahesh.
Munical bill contains name as per below
Mom's name, Mahesh, Akanksha, Pradeep.
My brother is govt employee and regular income tax payer.
Now the query is that is it possible that my brother Mahesh and sister Akanksha can take Loan against house (home is shared among us as per municipal bill) without my consent.?
I suspect something is going on wrong at my back?
I am very much worried since last 15-20 days. I dont know whom to contact.
Please suggest some solution.
