I'm trying to sell my super bike and a probable buyer is taking a loan from a bank for the same.
He said that, the bank will only disburse the amount after the RC is transferred to his name.
If that is the case, how should I proceed to be safe ?

You cannot transfer RC without paying anything. or else let him give bank gurantee to you in writing.
