LWP-Leave without pay during probation

Dear Sir


I have doing MBA and now studying in the final semester.i have received an offer
letter for joing in Govt of gujarat.Now initially i have applied for the extension
in join date in DTE but i have not received any response from DTE brfore
due date of joining.

After the Joining i have applied for the LWP-Leave without pay for three month but
 it may be possible that my application can be rejected.

Now i want to go on LWP and want to complete my study .so if i go on LWP with out
permission during probation period than what other action they may take against me
 other than extending my probation and what decision i have to taken ,plese guide me

Instead of going in legal options at the very initial point of your career, it shall be better to meet personally your boss/head of department and apprise him your personal problem and he definitely with sympathy shall arrange something good for you.

If you have disclosed the fact, while posting your resume, i do not find any substance on the part of yours' to take any presumption ,as expressed.I hope your case will be considered proactively by your employer.
