Maharashtra sic also starts rejecting complaints under sec18

today i also got the same experience at SIC, Nashik, Maharashtra.

they are not accepting direct complaints.

i DO NOT think this is sustainable in law.

right now, they are addressing the second appeals FILED IN OCTOBER 2012.

apna number kab aayega aaise !

RTI kee waat laga dee ye logo ne !

the SC judgement is based on different facts.

my complaints are PURELY complaints.

i prayed for taking disciplinary action against the PIO & FAA who did not respond at all in time.

there is ABSOLUTELY NO prayer to furnish information in my complaint.

still they applied the same SC judgement to my case.

very sorry state

The circumstances under which a complaint can be filed directly to the Commission are enumerated in Section 18(1)(a) to Section 18(1)(f) of the RTI Act. These have been further elaborated by the Supreme Court in S.L.P. (C) Nos. 32768-32769/2010 dated 12.12.2011.
