Dear Sir/Madam if there are any pending amount due for several years and again the husband is paying the maintenance. Then the current maintenance amount, what the husband is paying, will be adjusted with the pending dues or not? |  |
Depend on mutual consent....take a meet with both party lawyers and party and come to mutual consent and made agreement that which amount he is paying...and also give time to him to repay
