The DOD mentions that I need to pay maintenance for my apartment based on built up area and for the common areas as well which I have been doing. now society wants me to pay for the private terrace which was given to me by the builder
at the time of construction. the private terrace mentions saleable but as a separate entity like the car park. it's not included in the maintenance charges of the apartment at all in the dod. is the society justified in making me pay maintenance for the pvt terrace.
