I have one question
Builder has collected maintenance from members rs.80 lakh
He run rhe society till the date of registration and return Rs.16 lakh to society after registration
Now the question is one of members demand to adjust this amount equally and credit should given to members
Please guide what bye laws or MCs act provision in this case.
As per my opinion AGM has to take decision on this issues
But member who demand credit says that even agm decide not to cesit, then he will go to the court
Places guide for giving right solution as all rules , relation , act and laws
