My mom is 60 years old & widow from 12 years. We have our property at agra but we settled in delhi with mom. But my bua( father's sister) has sold our property saying that my mother has done second marrige which is false & embrassing. By doing so they can show no share of us in my grandfather property. Though property is a diffrent case & legaly addressed by other family members. Can i submit manhani case for my mother?. I really want my bua in touble as she had been tortured my mother wholw life.
