Married daughter right in her father's ancestral property.

Dear Concern, In reference of above kindly please give suggestions: Is there is right of single alone daughter of her parents in ancestral property of his father? Does his father has right to sell the ancestral property to anyone without taking consent of his /her successor's ? (she is alone child , father expires in sep 2016 & mother expires in nov 2010)

How did the ancestral property devolve over your father.was the property hasn't been partioned for the last three generations.

Pls reply to the point raised by Mr. saravanan s.

If the property is ancestral ( and not partitioned by a valid partition deed) then you have equal share.

If the property is self acquired and was not disposed of by a valid deed by your father in his life time and if he did not leave a valid WILLthen you have equal share.
