Maternity benefits

Whether maternity benefits are payable to contractual employees. Employer has given leave of 84 days but doesn't want to pay salary for the leave period. What is the eligibility criteria and which benefits are to be given?

You may need to refer your case to an able counsel specialising in such matters to better guide you and represent you in front of the labour tribunal.
