Misconception about Impotency(about its size)

The following are the extracts of xxxxxxxx :

There is often misconception about the size of Pe***(Herein after called “organ”) that the organ is not constituted of flesh or muscles and contains nerve and tissue. In young age without any cause the process of erection of organ takes place without any cause as the natural lust…..

Due to this ignorance young ladies are misconceived that husband’s size of organ is small or shrinked and thinks that there is something deficiency in the size of the organ of husband due to which she is not satisfied I appeasing her se**** lust

Thus conception of impotency akso is misconceived. Se**** intercourse depends upon the mental position and if male is shy, or afraid etc he may regain the power to have se**** intercourse with wife

This can be cured by psychological treatment as well as medical treatment. The wifes feel that she has been defrauded in contracting the marriage with such young man who she called him impotent

“The counsel also should have fear from God , that merely winning the case for money is not the wisdom of law that they have been given certificate of advocacy and that’s because of failure to do moral duty of advocates in assisting the court of justice, they have been debarred from appearing in family courts under Family Court Act,1984”

Advocates are requested not to see the text present under Inverted commas as they are also taken from relevant source-Kindly don’t comment on this if you are advocate/lawyer

However you can present your views on the main text

IN Ashok Shrama Vs Santosh Sharma CASE AIR 1987 , THE Hon’ble High Court of Delhi , the husnabd deposed that wife pulled his penis, the act of wife amounts to cruelty. Pulling can cause extreme pain, if carelessly done…..such a pulling of pe*** is a species “inappropriate impulse” which can cause extreme pain. And causing excessive pain amounts to cruelty

The physical pain is physical cruelty and calling husband impotent is mental cruelty

Thus the court has granted the decree of divorce

The satisfaction of Se xtual Intercourse, as we know it... is NOT depended on the Psysical Length or in the Depth of the human Se xtual Organs, but on the couple's Mental & the Spritual status. Modern Scientific analysis and even in the ancient Scripts of the KAMASUTRA too describes it as so.

Se x  is our Natural Rights & Duties provided by Nature itself. Sex is required for creation, so that, this world and Life itself survives on this Universe. Se x is something which everyone INCLUDING even the Honerable Chief Justice of the SC too got involved with, in his life. Mostly EVERYONE gets involved with Se xtual intercourse in their life, only they try to ACT that they are AWAY FROM SUCH ACTIVITIES...... Ha Ha...

The Restrictions ruled by the Law regarding Se x is due to control unwanted population and many other such issues in the society. Se x is the Ultimate Truth of Life, it's INBUILT by GOD & NATURE itself inside our DNA.

The Ultimate Truth of one of the logic that run this Universe is "OPPOSITE ATTRACTS"

So no harm, in debating in a forum, regarding Se x, it's intercourse or it's organs.

There is per se nothing wrong with topic, issues raised, language used. Rather name/word like penis is simply not used in its true spelling is a cheap mentality. We r  not here a cheap, criminal , sick psyche people to get some wrong message from a simple word describing our body organ.

However the facts narrated r not right and are presented in confused way.

There r broadly two types of erctile dysfunctions A. Psychogenic  B. Organic/ Physiological

A competent health and s*x expert can identify the reason and try to cure psychological reason thru psychiatirst and if treated erection can be restored.

In case of physiological disorder:

1. Penis r of differt sizes. But penis of the size smaller then abt 5 cm when erect r not satisfying to partner and not considered as good enough for s*x.

2. Penis if can not last erect for more then reasonable strokes and seconds always then is not fit for intercourse. However at some time or other all men have sustaining desired enough but if that is a permanent case then not fit case for partnering.

3. If any male is never able to penetrate then also he is considered unfit.

4. Hormonal defeciency but which is easily treateable.

However like any other defeciency most s*xual defecienies are treatable and with scientific eduactions many get get cured. Viagra has helped millions of suffering male. If wife agrees then many suffering men can under go  surgery for artificial erection and same can give good results.

But but if there is  total failure to have satisfying physical relationship then

a) If  person and his family was aware of such untreatable defeciency then they should be punished.

b) If they come to know after marriage and r not able to cure the defeciency then man should gracefully give option to wife to seek divorce by consent.

c) If male denies right of wife to enjoy and vice a versa is true then too they r left with no choice but to seek divorce where a detailed report from competent doctor is asked and then only judgement is given. I dont think any one can get divorce easily on this ground by making false allegation. And then higher court and medical report from super specialists are available.

Hope this will satisfy the conflicts in mind and which erupt because we dont have s*x eduaction in India not even for MBBS / other higher medical courses.
