Mother name is incorrect in all the documents

If your mother's name in all your documents are one and the same then you should not be worried about her name appearing incorrectly elsewhere.

You do not have to take any steps to correct her name in any other document.

if her name is inconsistent from one document to another pertaining to you then you can decide about taking suitable legal action to rectify the error.

If mother document will be provide at any stage from my side than it will be different. in my all document mother name is same but different from mother's aadhaar card and ration card. will I face any issue at UPSC doc verification. If yes pls suggest the solution.

Get your mother's name corrected through Gazette notification as your mother's name on aadhaar card and ration card is different.

Your mother's identity proof will not be demanded by the authorities to recognise your identity.

If the documents pertaining to you don't contradict with each other in this regard, you can proceed freely.

No need to take any action, relax.

Let your mother be identified with the recorded name.
