Mother's Property

Dear Sir, My mother died (cancer) one year ago without any will. My father is a ex-service man. who is the legal heir of my mother property? 1) Husband and two sons OR 1) two sons will be legal heir? please help me SIR ???

I presume you being a hindu, hindu succession act will apply. In case your mother dies, both the father and son will get equal share for property bought from her income.
