What are the guidelines for heavy vehicles on road? No vehicle is following dim -bright on night travels?

dear none of the members is here to have tutions from anyone....probably u r new to this portal.

pls c the qualifications of Dr. Tripathi then u ll know the difference between him and other counsels.

m not better, m a novice too...but the way u replied its more offensive in nature.
