Muslim divorce

We hope to get informations from experienced members in Muslim Divorce matter. My Daughter is a EU citizen and married to Indian Citizen both Married as per Muslim culture-law in India. Marriage was registered by State Khazi and with this Khazi Certificate we registered the marriage in Sub Reg office as well, with one month notice they are hanging on the wall. After 2 Years, the marriage life couldn’t be continued because of Husband bad Habits. The Girl needs the Divorce but the Husband won't. How could she Divorce as per Muslim law ? She needs a Divorce Certificate. Just from Khazi is not valid in EU. How could she legalize the Divorce Certificate from Khazi , Sub Reg office or in court ? what is the procedures. She will have to get a judicial divorce under DISSOULUTION OF MUSLIM MARRIAGE ACT 1939...This will be initiated Via a petition by your daughter...

Proceedings will be the same as other divorce...

The Muslim side procedures like Kazi, waqfboad or Jamad etc will be done from our side. And it will be organized to get the ‘ Muslim Divorce Certificate – however they call Khula or Thalak etc. from the Govt. Kazi. This paper to legalize ,

Proceedings will be the same as other divorce... is that you mean that she have to file a Divorce in court as a Normal divorce case. Then we need not proceed with Kazi & co, is that right. I don’t get it correct.

Is there no possibilities to registered the Divorce cert. From Kazi at Sub Registrar office as we did at the time of marriage to get a marriage Certificate.

Proceedings will be the same as other divorce...how long it may take ? the couple is living separately since 2 years. Child 2 yrs living with mother.
