muslim succession law

husband dies living behind widow with no child ,father,mother,and handicap brother what is the share of each in his property according to muslim law and how to claim the money and property

The husband married under Special Marriage Act, 1954?

If yes; go thru;

Central Government Act

The Special Marriage Act, 1954;21

 

 

Also go thru;

Central Government Act

The Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act, 1937

 

 

The deceased husband belonged to which sect/sub sect e.g; Sunni, Shia…..?

Did he leave any valid WILL?

The husband did not married under Special Marriage act 1954.deceased husband belonged to sunni sect.he did not leave any will.please help.
