Mutual divorce under sec 13 b

Is it necessary to get bail first from the court in the case of 498(A) and other sections  and only then can a joint petition  be filed for mutual divorce under sec 13 b if the two parties have reached an out of court settlement???

You can get bail on the basis of settlement itself.

And do get bail to avoid harassment by police.

bail is to precede filing for mutual divorce under sec 13 b to avoid harassment.
