I would be changing my first name due to my own valid reason. I am aware of the procedure of filing an affidavit and gazette publication for the change to happen in my legal docs such as PAN, Aadhar, Voter ID and passpost.
The QUESTION is, all my educational certificates have my old name and I want to apply for a job with my new name. SO will my new name be considered in the employer HR records or the old name is recorded as per my SSLC (10th class in Karnataka) marks sheet?
Alsp I want to know if there will be any problem while applying for Visas?
