my name is Vinit, i wanted to apply for Passport but there is problem with my birth certificate. in my birth Certificate its written VINIT BIPLAV SHARMA, n in all my documents its VINIT BIPLOW SHARMA. my fathers name spelling is different. the main n biggest blunder is that in my fathers document its BIPLAUW SHARMA. So i am unable to correct my birth certificate as they were asking leaving of father having BIPLOW SHARMA.
Now, how can i fix this? any affadavit stating BIPLAV, BIPLOW & BIPLAUW is same person? Govt.Gazzete? if yes..what documents i need? or there is completely different solution?
one lawyer said just to make affadavit from Biplav to Biplow n ads in 2 news paper.....is it legal? coz my father have all docs as BIPLAUW
