Name transfer has been done

Hi, My name is Sivaraj and I recently have changed my name to Mohamed Rasool, through Gazette also I have applied to do so, but my question is I haven't changed in any of my certificates as well as my proofs like DL,PP. Is it a problem, should I continue like this.

U cannot change cert. Keep gazzete copy.u may apply for new id supportig gAzet n affidavit n add of newspaper for change of name.

The copies of the gazette publication and the media publication mentioning the change of name from previous to the present shall be accompanied by you always where ever you have to prove your new name. Do not have to go for changing your name in the school of any other documents.
