Need help regarding section 13(1)(1a) hma

Hi All

Please need help of yours for my below issue. I hav received a Sec 13(1)(1a) hma divorce notice by my wife.

Please help me to know what is this 13(1)(1a) of HMA. With google, i am able to see Section 13(1) is for illegal relation with other lady and whereas Section 13(1a) is for cruelity.

What I am not able to understand here is, is divorce case filed with both 13(1) and (1a) or just it is applied on cruelity??

What I meant to ask was: Did she asking the divorce just under cruelity or Is it under both cruelity and S*xual intercourse with other lady? Please help me
