We got married in 2010 and in 2nd night my wife confess her relation with her Jiju that she raped by him before marriage in 2009 continous 3 month. After that every month some dispute happen between me and her. but when this thing came under acknowladge of her parentes they are saying that He(JIJU) is DEVTA for him as per his behivour..then 5 years of marriage some how completed but in this 5 years she didn't behave well evanthough from last 4 years i was daily taking lunch in company or out. I strictly told her that we don't have any relation with her JIJU and if any function happen in ur house and if he will present there then you should not go there.
Always she is provoking me so that she will get chance to move to her mother house but i was not taking care about her sentence cz i have one Son and i was thinking about his future.
In 2011 again her JIJU sent mail on her yahoo account but nothing was there only subject line was mentioned "How to start new life".
again on her facebook account page in June his photo was tageed and i saw that she was Visiting his photo then due to this dispute happen and fight happen between us .she slaped me then i also then she left house on the same day and Call to her father..on that time her father was in Mumbai. As he was retired and visiting that places with DEVATA. then they arranged ticket for mumbai.
when my parents got to know this thing then they called her and she told that she is going to chennai.
Again my parents called her father and they told that she is in Chennai and they will go there then will will try to find out what happen. They even cheted my parents also by lieing.
after 15 days Visiting mumbai with her DEVTA(JIJU). She came to her home town in UP then we reached there and our motto was to Save this marriage otherwise my son future will dark.
Her father was trying to warn me infront of my relative and my parents-- that he want that through MCD they has to be seprate, I was not kowing that only he is warning and in that situation. I put my head in my wife leg and asked sorry but she didn't given any response and her parents was smiling.As my wife already told too her parents that he is very much passassive for me, due to that they was taking advantage.
Her Father told me that
a)why you are not telling ur Salary to me.- I said sorry
b) who are you to check my daughter facebook account-I said Sorry
some how she agreed to come to my house . Then after that i came to Bangalore and she was with my parents at my home town ,now again she started to talk to my parent's in Voluger language and saying that she will call to police and handcuff to all member of family...then after so many Hungama before the Jurney ticket date she left house and after that she didn't pickup my phone. Again her parents told that give time upto 6 Month then if she want then she will go.I am not able to understand why her parents alaways asking 6 month. is MCD happen after 6 month seperation.
After some days in sept 2015 one day i caaled to talk to my son but her mother was saying that my son is not here and started abusing me then i also abused her. After that my wife file complain in CAW cell Lucknow. Then we got call from Crime branch -another end person saying that you people are making trobule for her and from now onwarrds you should not call to her.
I am very much upset...cz when my parents is now agreed about her father sentnce that through MCD we can fininsh this relation then they are not saying anything.
and My wife is doing job there and enjoying alot with other Men, as she want that life from initial but with me she was in boundation.but now she is happy as she is living like AWARA.
Now i decided that i can not live with her in any condition or Situation and this is my final decesion.
I know that In future she can DV,498a and maintainance on me,
so please suggest me What are the precaution i shoould take care here and what are the counter cases i can file on her and her parents so that she and her parents learn a best lesson from this.
