I had purchased a two wheelr moped in the name of my Wife Mrs. Sadhana Ajay Borase. It was hypothicated to BHR credit society, Malegaon branch. when all installmwents paid I had a conversation with the staff & they said that all documents including N O C & a key will be posted on your mail address. But had not got it yet.
Meanwhile due to reasons of fraud, the bank got closed. and it is closed till date.
Now I want to sell that vehicle & purchase a new one. But due to lack of N O C from BHR, my old vehicle can not be sold.
pl kindly help in this matter that how can I get that N O C . Or any process to remove the name of BHR ( Hypothicator ) from R C Book. I am ready to make an affidavite for that if possible as i am surely paid all the installments.
