Hi
My name is Amith and am residing on 1st floor in an apartment that has 40flats.
One of the neighbours who stays on the ground floor has recently filed a complaint with the police highlighting the leakage in his bathroom and holding us responsible. I want your help on two things:
1) Since this is an dispute within the apartment - can the police be involved
2) The said person has not paid the maintenance for the last 5 years
3) Any choices that anyone can suggest.
